“I am sorry to announce that due to a lower back injury, I will be unable to perform at this Wednesday’s concert. While I am disappointed to not be able to join my Mile-End colleagues on the Palladium stage, I am thrilled that the wonderful violinist, Giora Schmidt, will be joining Julian, Marika, and Chauncey to replace me on this program. Please help me give a warm welcome to Giora to Tampa Bay. We feel very lucky that Giora was available on short notice to perform and we are thrilled to welcome such a spectacular violinist to our Chamber Series.”
