The following policies apply to Palladium-presented performances. Policies may vary by performance, and any instructions provided by venue personnel or announced before a performance will take precedence.
Attending a Performance at the Music Center?
During the 2026–27 season, Palladium Chamber Series performances will take place at the Music Center on St. Petersburg College’s Gibbs Campus.

SECURITY
Security for Palladium-presented performances is overseen by Palladium house management and St. Petersburg College security personnel before, during, and immediately following each performance.

For ASL interpreter accommodations, please notify the Palladium a month in advance for scheduling and coordination of an interpreter.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Sales tax is included in the purchase price of all tickets sold by the Palladium. The Palladium offers no refunds.
Exchanges of tickets purchased from the Palladium are made at the sole discretion of the Box Office. Refund or exchange requests for tickets purchased through another organization or ticket seller must be directed to the original point of purchase.
Theater Etiquette
For the enjoyment of everyone attending Palladium-presented performances, please respect the artists, fellow patrons, venue and staff.
Patrons who disturb the artists or interfere with other patrons’ enjoyment of a performance may be relocated or asked to leave the venue.
Still and Video Photography
All flash photography is strictly prohibited from anywhere in the theater, and ALL photography is strictly prohibited from patron seats. Should you wish to take a quick photograph, you must leave your seat and step to the sides or back of the theater and be mindful that you are not obstructing or disturbing the artists or the enjoyment of other patrons.
Photography or recording of any kind may be prohibited at selected performances. When applicable, an announcement will be made before the performance and will supersede the general policy above.
Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices
All phones and electronic devices must be turned off or silenced during performances.
Patrons who need to use a phone or electronic device during a performance must move to the lobby or step outside the building.
