Renovation Update
The Palladium at St. Petersburg College is temporarily closed for renovation and is not currently available for performances, events, facility tours, or rentals. We anticipate reopenings in fall 2027 and look forward to welcoming artists, organizations, and community events back to our transformed spaces.
Information about future rental opportunities, availability, and updated rental policies will be shared as reopening plans are finalized.
A Distinctive Setting for Your Event
The historic Palladium Theater at St. Petersburg College offers distinctive spaces for performances, meetings, and special events. Located just a few blocks form the waterfront in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg, the Palladium is within walking distance of restaurants, hotels, and boutique shopping.
While rentals are paused, explore the Palladium’s event spaces below and check back for updated information as we approach reopening.
Hough Concert Hall
The Palladium’s mainstage concert hall is known for its natural acoustics, history-rich atmosphere, and ability to welcome a wide range of performances and community events. Clasical music, jazz, blues, opera, theatre, dance, comedy, acoustic music, and more have all found a home in Hough Hall.
As part of the Palladium’s historic transformation, Hough Hall is receiving new seating, improved sightlines and accessibility, enchanced acoustics, upgraded production technology and other improvements to the audience and artist experience.
The Stavros Great Room / Side Door
The flexible Stavros Great Room – known as the Side Door Cabaret for performances – has hosted luncheons, meetings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and intimate concerts. With its raised stage and adaptable layout, the room can be transformed form a daytime event space into a club-style setting for jazz, blues, acoustic music, comedy, and more.
