SECURITY

Onsite and overseen by the Palladium’s house management and St. Petersburg College’s security personnel prior to, during and just beyond the conclusion of all performances.

Plentiful on-street parking is also available within walking distance by and near the theater. We are unable to validate parking at any nearby parking garages or other lots.

Accessibility Statement & Information

The Palladium at St. Petersburg College is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. In alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we strive to ensure that our performances and events are accessible to individuals with disabilities.

We offer a range of accommodations to support our guests, including accessible seating, assistive listening devices, elevators, and accessible restrooms. If you have specific needs or require additional assistance, we encourage you to contact us in advance so we can make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Our goal is to ensure that the arts are accessible to everyone in our community. We look forward to welcoming you.

For accessibility inquiries or to request accommodations, please contact our box office at (727) 822-3590 or pa*****@*******ge.edu at least 3 days in advance of your planned visit.

For ASL interpreter accommodations, please notify the Palladium a month in advance for scheduling and coordination of an interpreter.

Accessible Parking & Entry

ADA accessible parking spaces are located on the east side of the building, clearly marked in the paved lot. There is also a designated drop-off point located on 3rd Street North and the alleyway with an accessible entrance. For additional assistance, please ask security for directions.

Hough Concert Hall is located on the second level of the Palladium. An elevator is located in the northwest corner of the building accessing the orchestra level of Hough Concert Hall. Please note that due to the historic building, the balcony of Hough Concert Hall is only accessible by stairs. Patrons unable to climb 18 steps must purchase seating on the orchestra level.

The Side Door Cabaret at the Stavros Great Room, located on the ground level, is accessible via the 3rd Street North and alleyway entrance, or the stage door located on the east side of the building, just off the handicapped parking lot.

Accessible Seating

10 wheelchair spots are located throughout the orchestra level of Hough Concert Hall, designated on our map. The following 3 theater seats have swing arms for easy transfer access if desired: G12, J12, and F26. Please note that the swing arm is only for convenience, and not noted as ADA on the map.

Our historic theater seats are approximately 17.5″ wide by 17″ deep. Bench seating (approx. 42″ by 18″) is available in Row U if needed.

    Assistive Listening Devices

The Palladium is equipped with assistive listening devices for patrons needing hearing assistance. Devices connect to the sound system and relay through an earbud. Please ask for a device at the box office, and it will be provided to you for the performance, free of charge.

    Restrooms

ADA compliant restrooms are located in the lobby of the Palladium. A family restroom is located in the hallway between the elevator and stage door, behind the Side Door Cabaret.

      CONCESSIONS ARE CASH ONLY

Bottled beer, wine, water, soft drinks and a limited variety of snacks are available as cash-only purchases; the Palladium regrets that the Box Office cannot make change for any reason.

      DINING

While the Palladium offers beverages and limited snacks only, all at nominal fees, the theater is a short walk from an array of options along and nearby St. Petersburg’s vibrant downtown waterfront.

      REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Sales tax is included in the purchase price of all tickets sold by the Palladium. The theater offers no refunds. Exchanges of tickets purchased from the Palladium are made at the sole discretion of the Box Office.  Refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased from other than the Palladium are deferred to the patron’s original point of purchase.

      THEATER ETIQUETTE

For the enjoyment of everyone at performances in Hough Hall and the Side Door, please respect the artists, other patrons and the Palladium.

Patrons found disturbing the artists and/or the enjoyment of other patrons at any time during performances, may be relocated or removed from the theater.

      STILL AND VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY

All flash photography is strictly prohibited from anywhere in the theater, and ALL photography is strictly prohibited from patron seats. Should you wish to take a quick photograph, you must leave your seat and step to the sides or back of the theater and be mindful that you are not obstructing or disturbing the artists or the enjoyment of other patrons.

Photography of any kind may be prohibited from selected shows. Should this be the case, an announcement will be made before the beginning of the performance and supersedes the above.

      MOBILE PHONES/ELECTRONIC DEVICES
