Back by Popular Demand: Grammy-nominated stride pianist and vocalist Judy Carmichael returns to the Palladium with acclaimed guitarist Nate Najar after their sold-out performances in 2022 and 2023. Don’t miss your chance to experience this dynamic duo—grab your tickets early!

A pianist, vocalist, songwriter, radio host, and humorist, Judy Carmichael is one of the world’s foremost interpreters of stride and swing piano. Dubbed “Stride” by Count Basie himself, she’s renowned for her masterful technique, soulful interpretations of standards, and delightful, improvisational wit.

Known for her lively storytelling and swinging performances, Judy brings the spirit of Fats Waller, Peggy Lee, and Paula Poundstone to life. Together, Judy and Nate will celebrate swing music’s greatest hits, performing classics from Gershwin, Cole Porter, Frank Loesser, and Harold Arlen.

Don’t forget to check out Judy Carmichael’s Jazz Inspired, her acclaimed NPR show and podcast now in its 25rd year! Two sets with intermission.
