This concert is the final concert in a series of All-County Music Fest Concerts featuring Pinellas County Students. These concerts are produced by Pinellas County Schools and the Pinellas County Music Educators Association. The Jazz Concert will feature extraordinarily accomplished middle and high school instrumental and vocal jazz students. The event is named in honor of legendary jazz educator, Frank Williams, a retired Pinellas County music educator.
