Sorry for the phone problems last week; a new and improved box office phone system is on the way

If you had trouble reaching our box office at any point last week, I apologize. A software upgrade to the entire St. Petersburg College phone system resulted in a couple of days of phone chaos in our box office. The phones are working now.

 

The good news out of all of this trouble is that the box office phone system will get a major upgrade in the next few weeks -giving our customers much better service. We’re also expanding our box office hours during this busy time of the year.

 

Again, if you experienced any box office problems last week, I apologize. You can always purchase tickets with no interruption at our website, www.mypalladium.org or walk in for a purchase during box office hours. In additional to our weekly daytime hours, the Palladium box office is open three hours prior to every ticketed performance.

 

Thanks for your support of the Palladium. Because of our audience and partners, the Palladium’s 15th anniversary season is the most successful in our history.
