Join Uncle John’s Band for “A Touch of Green – Dead-style” at the Side Door on St. Paddy’s

If you’re like me, you don’t really see the point of this whole Saint Paddy’s day thing. Green beer? Yeech! Irish drinking songs? Thank you, no!

So for this year’s St. P’s day on Saturday, March 17, we’re doing something a little different. We’re welcoming back Uncle John’s Band, the band that carries forward the songs and vibe of the Grateful Dead. They’re doing a show we are calling “A Touch of Green, ” this Saturday night in the Side Door.

Their last side door show sold-out, so don’t wait to get your tickets. You can call our box office at 727-822-3590 or follow this link for on-line tickets.

I was lucky enough to see the Dead and Company show last month in Orlando, with John Meyer and other heavyweights playing along with Bob Weir and the Dead’s two amazing drummers. It was the best Dead show I had seen – with all those great songs, but also pitch-perfect harmonies, a driving bass and Meyer’s incredible guitar solos.

Uncle John’s Band does the same to the Dead’s catalogue, bringing the songs and the vibe to life, and hitting all the right notes in the process.

Join the party and skip the green beer this Saturday night in the intimate Side Door with Uncle John’s Band!
