Holiday Magic Take Center Stage at the Palladium This December

A month of festive favorites, ballet classics, swinging jazz, and holiday cheer — plus a first look at the 2026 lineup 

November 21, 2025 (St. Petersburg, FL) – The Palladium at SPC is ringing in the season with a dazzling December lineup filled with holiday classics, jazz traditions, family-friendly performances, and the opening of the 2025–26 Palladium Chamber Series. From The Nutcracker and Nate Najar’s beloved Jazz Holiday to a Charlie Brown Christmas tribute and the soaring sounds of St. Pete Opera’s Holiday Sparkle, the Palladium’s stages will shine with music, dance, and festive cheer all month long. 

Whether you’re looking for a heartwarming family outing, a jazzy holiday night out, or world-class classical music to cap off the year, the Palladium has something for everyone this holiday season. 

As we close out 2025, audiences can also look ahead to a spectacular start to the new year. January through March brings a wide range of performances — from major touring artists and audience favorites in the Side Door Cabaret to opera, tributes, jazz, blues, dance, and more. 

DECEMBER 2025 LINEUP

Monday, December 1 – MIRA Showcase Concert (Side Door Cabaret) 

A high-energy evening featuring SPC’s MIRA (Music Industry / Recording Arts ) student ensembles performing rock, R&B, original songs, and fresh arrangements in a groovy, student-produced showcase. 

December 5–7 – St. Petersburg Ballet Presents The Nutcracker (Hough Concert Hall) 

A beloved holiday tradition returns with dancing snowflakes, toy soldiers, sword fights, and the magical journey of Clara and her Nutcracker Prince, performed by the Academy of Ballet Arts and the St. Petersburg Ballet Company. 

Monday, December 8 – Holiday Spectacular with the Second Winds Symphony Band (Hough Concert Hall) 

A festive concert featuring the St. Petersburg College Jazz Band, the Second Time Arounders Marching Band, and the Second Winds Symphonic Band — plus Santa’s Rockettes, dancing elves, and holiday favorites. 

Wednesday, December 10 – Palladium Chamber Series: Across Time & Timbre (Hough Concert Hall) 

The 2025–26 Palladium Chamber Series launches with Beethoven’s elegance, Poulenc’s wit, and Dvořák’s warmth, performed by pianist Jeewon Park and members of The Florida Orchestra. 

Thursday, December 11 – Nate Najar’s Jazz Holiday (Hough Concert Hall) 

Nate Najar’s 19th annual “Jazz Holiday” brings swinging jazz, seasonal favorites, and an all-star lineup to the Palladium stage — affectionately dubbed “Natemas” by Palladium staff and longtime fans, this holiday concert has become a must-attend tradition for jazz lovers across Tampa Bay. 

Saturday, December 13 – Gulf Coast Ballet: Clara’s New York City Christmas (Hough Concert Hall) 

A charming reimagining of a holiday classic as young Clara explores the magic of New York City at Christmastime before journeying to a wondrous Land of Sweets. With three performances, including an 11am sensory-friendly mini-matinee and two full length performances (at 2pm and 7pm), there is an opportunity to enjoy this sweet production with the entire family! 

Sunday, December 14 – The Music of Vince Guaraldi: A Charlie Brown Christmas (Side Door Cabaret) 

Dr. Zachary Bartholomew and his trio bring Vince Guaraldi’s iconic score to life with jazz brilliance and special guest vocalist Nicole Bartholomew in the intimate Side Door Cabaret. 

Monday, December 15 – The Motowners: Unforgettable Christmas Holiday Show (Hough Concert Hall) 

A soulful, feel-good celebration featuring Motown hits, holiday classics, and the irresistible harmonies of The Motowners. 

Tuesday, December 16 – An Evening with Jamal Roberts: 2025 American Idol Winner (Hough Concert Hall) 

Experience the extraordinary voice of Jamal Roberts, the 2025 American Idol Winner! Don’t miss this soulful, powerful, one-night-only performance presented by The Gathering of Women and The Spirit of Tampa Bay Community Choir. 

December 19–21 – St. Pete Opera: Holiday Sparkle 2025 (Hough Concert Hall) 

Holiday Pops at its grandest, featuring a 40-piece orchestra and the Holiday Sparkle singers in a sweeping program of beloved seasonal favorites.
