Mafalda has performed with Milton Nascimento, Joao Bosco, Leny Andrade, Roberto Menescal and so many others. Her albums for the USA jazz market count on collaborations with David Liebman, Joe Locke, John Patitucci, Michael Wolff, Will Calhoun and others. Known for a distinct improvisational language and a style that transcends the typical duo format, the artist and her longtime collaborator, guitarist/producer Paul Ricci, promise an evening filled with musical sparks both on and off stage. Their synergy, honed through performances on important Jazz festivals and theaters globally, creates a truly transcendent experience.
