BEACON, now in its eighth year, was created to provide the St. Petersburg community with a fresh performance platform, geared towards bringing dance into greater prominence in the area. Audiences can expect virtuosic dancing, bold imagery, and multidisciplinary collaborations. BEACON22 celebrates community collaborations and features live music. This not to be missed evening includes projectALCHEMY with James Curran as –minusminus, a new work by Paula Kramer featuring dancer Helen French, pianist John O’Leary and visual artists Mickett/Stackhouse, REVolutions Dance and more!
