A CENTURY OF SKINNER
A Retrospective Review of the Life and Times of E.M. Skinner Organ, Opus 552
Hosted by John and Mary K. Wilson
Celebrate a century of service by the Palladium Theater’s historic Skinner Organ Op. 552, before it is decommissioned at the theater to be repurposed at St Thomas Episcopal Church on Snell Isle!
Our hosts, John and Mary K. Wilson, will take us on a journey through the decades of music that would have been played on this organ throughout its lifetime.
Performances by members of the American Guild of Organists, Cathy Blanchard, Michelle Rego (Soprano), Donna Guillaume, Robert Todd, Barry Stevens, Jack Rain, and Jordan Markham. With special guests, the Choir from St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
This event is free and open to the public. Donations gratefully accepted to the Palladium Capital Improvement Fund or the AGO Scholarship Fund.
Presented by the St. Petersburg Chapter of the American Guild of Organists and the Palladium at SPC.
