Enjoy these great shots from December’s hit holiday show featuring Nate Najar and an all-star band

We’re diving headlong into 2015, but I couldn’t start the year without a quick look back at one of our favorite shows of 2014.

Nate Najar’s annual jazz holiday show was a best-seller this year -drawing the biggest crowd in its 9-year history. The band featured New York sax star Harry Allen, our new favorite trumpeter, James Suggs, John Lamb on bass, and Mark Feinman on drums. Vocalist Theo Valentine brought down the house with her mix of soulful holiday tunes – including a bluesy version of “Meet Me With Your Red Drawers On!”

And Nate tells me he is already planning to make the 10th anniversary version even bigger and better.

More on that soon. For now, enjoy some of these shots by one of our favorite photographers – Gary Bookout.
