COMEDIANS
Headliner:
Matt Fernandez’s approach to comedy comes off as detached and nonchalant. Originally from Tampa, Matt has opened for some of the biggest names in comedy (Jim Jefferies, Bill Burr, and Dave Chappelle to name a few). Not only has he written articles for College Humor and Playboy. He’s also a 2nd City alum, and has been featured on Sirius XM Radio. He’s a regular guest on Doug Loves Movies and was named one of the 15 funniest comedians you should be following on Twitter by funnyordie.com. His tweets have also been featured on Ellen, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and The Today Show. Matt has a one hour special; Why Does Everyone Hate My Mirror? on Amazon and a half-hour special Clownfish on Youtube. Add to that performances at the Funny or Die Oddball Comedy Festival, Boston Comedy Festival, and Skank Fest. It all adds up to a fascinating brand of irreverent comedy.
Feature:
Davis Sutton is a 26 year old comic from the Tampa Bay Area. His unique voice and perspective leaves audiences wanting more. Davis has won competitions in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Fort Myers. He currently performs all around Florida with many of the top acts in the state.
Host:
Amanda Hoffman is a fresh faced comedian from Tampa. When Amanda is not on stage, you can find her rewatching 2002’s live-action Scooby Doo.
An independent producer/presenter has rented the theater for this performance; it is not programmed by the Palladium at SPC.
